Changing monitoring companies

   Changing your monitoring company is easy. We reprogram your system to our monitoring station.You keep all of your equipment, your system will work just as it always has, except that you will now have all of the benefits U.S. Security has to offer.    Most monitoring companies require a 30 day written notice to cancel. We will bring you a cancellation letter to send to your old monitoring company. Since you have to pay for your last month, we will give you your first month for Free.

Locked out or out dated equipment

   Some companies install equipment only they can monitor (they don't tell you that when they sell it to you). If your equipment needs replacing, we will change out your master control panel, keypad, and motion detector if needed, for just $99.00 (that's a $550.00 value).
   We use Honeywell Ademco and DSC equipment. We install the most up to date, state of the art equipment. It is never locked out, giving you the choice of who monitors it.

Complete system tune-up

Anyone changing to U.S. Security for monitoring qualifies for a free system tune-up. We will do a 15 point system check of your system. We check all of your door contacts to make sure they are good and tight. We check your motion detector and make sure it is set for the best possible coverage. We test all the keypad functions and make sure the siren is working properly. We test your master control panel to ensure it is communicating with all of your contacts and alarm devices and we ensure that it will communicate to the monitoring station.
